Went aurora hunting with Rafa, and what stood out the most was his passion. As the night went past midnight, people were getting tired of waiting—I was already happy seeing the streaks of the aurora and ready to call it a night 😅. But Rafa kept us going, sharing the data because a stronger display was on its way. And he was right! If it weren’t for him, we would have missed the moment when the aurora truly came alive. Thank you, Rafa, for the passion, for genuinely wanting to share the magic of the aurora with everyone. PS the blue one is the hardest to spot, and we got it that nite! Oh, he also uses a proper handheld flashlight (not a headtorch) to get you that picture-perfect shot, ofc with you featured in. Mines (attached) are just iPhone taken ones.

Estuvimos con Rafa viendo las auroras, una recomendación de un amigo. Nos estuvo informando en todo momento de cual era el mejor día para verlas y acertó. Fue una experiencia inolvidable, se nota que le encanta su trabajo y te lo trasmite. Estuvimos toda la noche viendo las auroras, en varias localizaciones, incluso subimos a una torre de observación. Fue una noche increíble, repetiríamos sin duda, muy recomendable.

Sin duda, dos de nuestros imprescindibles Rovaniemi. Auroras y la pesca en el hielo 🎣 Gracias ambas a @nordicescapestours , y a la súper profesionalidad de Rafa. El día de las auroras, a pesar de tener posibilidades de verlas en Rovaniemi, decidió desplazarnos hasta Suecia para aumentar la probabilidad. Fue una pasada, su búsqueda, lo pendiente que estuvo de apps con el pronóstico, las paradas, TODO. Hasta bebida caliente y galletas para amenizar la espera. Nos encantó que nos explicara cómo se produce este fenómeno tan increíble y mil detalles más acerca de las auroras. Realizamos también con él la actividad de pesca en el hielo, y fue la verdad que otra experiencia curiosa 👀. Mi pareja consiguió pescar, y yo estuve a punto (creo) pero los nervios me pudieron y el pez huyó 😬😅 Genial también, con el detalle de prepararnos un sándwich de salmón, con una barbacoa en el hielo. What else?! Sin duda alguna, lo recomiendo 100%.

I would like to leave my thanks for such a special experience in Lapland. Choosing this company to see the Northern Lights was, without a doubt, a very good decision. From the beginning I felt very welcomed. The team was always very attentive and did everything to make sure we felt comfortable and understood everything, even with the language difference. And I have to mention the photographer… he was simply incredible! Besides being very kind and helpful, he took beautiful photos that will remain forever as memories of this magical moment. It was a wonderful night, one of those experiences you keep in your heart. I’m truly grateful for all the care and kindness. I highly recommend it!
